In fact, the two streets with the most million-dollar homes are located in Bexley and Upper Arlington, neighborhoods largely developed in the 1920s. Those two suburbs, along with New Albany, dominated central Ohio’s million-dollar lineup. Million-dollar homes aren’t, however, as rare as they once were. There are 503 in Franklin County and 228 in Delaware County.
