Internet Marketing | How We Market Your Home Online

Our team’s listings are posted to the Columbus Multiple Listing Service (MLS), our personal website JasonOpland.com, our company’s family of websites including NextHome.com and NextHomeExperience.comm.

NextHome® Real Estate, is a leading provider of residential real estate services in the U.S. NextHome delivers it’s services through our franchise offices across the country.

As one of the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage firms, we own and operate companies in more than 50 of the 100 largest metropolitan areas in the United States, and internationally in over 112 other countries and territories.

We leverage this dominance using a service called Internet Data Exchange, or IDX which allows us to syndicate our listings out to the websites of not only our brands, but also the majority of our competitors websites (including: Better Homes and Gardens, Coldwell Banker King Thompson, Century 21, ERA, EXP Realty, HER Realty, Keller Williams, Sotheby’s International Realty and others. This means that in addition to the full marketing plan we provide, we can replicate the marketing plan of other competing brokerages directly on their own websites… thus anything they can do… we can do… but better! No other agent can offer the level of exposure we provide!

In addition to all of this, our listings are syndicated out to approximately 300 real estate related websites, these market places include but are not limited to.
