The homes in the Village at Alum Creek were built by M/I Homes and Virginia Home, range in value from $210,000 to $340,000, are between 2,100 and 3,400 square feet, and were built between 1996 and 2004. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans offer four and even five bedroom layouts. Most of the lots range between quarter acre and half acre so there is plenty of space and privacy. The Village at Alum Creek subdivision is located near the intersection of Lewis Center Rd and Old State.
The community green space is maintained by it’s residents and everyone in the community is a member of The Village at Alum Creek Home Owners Association, and are responsible for an annual association fee of $203 that is used to maintained the common areas including the pond, parks, and green space (New Residents Registration).
