The higher value homes are located in The Woods at Locust Curve and south of the community green space. The development is completely built-out and has been since approximately 2002.
This community green space is maintained by it’s residents and everyone in the community is a member of the Locust Curve Home Owners Association, and are responsible for an annual association fee of $195 that is used to maintained the common areas including the pond, parks, and green space (Locust Curve Homeowners Association HOA).
