What recreational amenities are planned?
The centerpiece of recreational opportunities at Evans Farm will be a YMCA facility. Numerous outdoor experiences around the community also will include multiple parks, playgrounds, walking trails/paths, active water features (possibly stocked ponds for fishing) as well as ball fields.
When will home construction begin?
Street and utility construction will begin August/September 2016 which should result in home construction beginning in Spring 2017. It is expected that the first residents will occupy their homes possibly in late Summer of 2017.
