The Crescent area is where it all began. In 1991, New Albany hosted the builder association’s annual Parade of Homes. Several streets in the Crescent were featured. Response was tremendous and the rest is history. This area now includes 150 homes in the neighborhoods known as The Crescent, Wiveliscombe, and Upper Clivdon.
